Shipping

Free tracked shipping on every U.S. order, no minimum.

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 5–11 business days from the day your order ships. Your AirRow ships from our overseas fulfillment partner, which is why that window is longer than a domestically stocked product — we would rather publish the real number than promise two days and miss it. Counting processing and transit together, most orders land 7–14 business days after you place them. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

The total you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. Any import duties or customs fees are covered by us. You will never be asked for anything extra on delivery.

We currently ship to United States addresses only. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may take a few days longer.

Order changes

Need to change an address or cancel? Email support@airrow.us as soon as possible — if your order has not shipped yet, we will take care of it.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not moved for 7+ days, or your package appears lost, email support@airrow.us and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
