Every AirRow order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. Take it on a real trip — that's the point. If you're not happy with it for any reason, contact us through the store's contact page or reply to your order confirmation email within 60 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll send return instructions and refund you in full to your original payment method once the return is on its way back.

How returns work

Reply to your order confirmation or use the contact page with your order number. We'll confirm your return address and instructions by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days of processing, depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
